This makes the armor both a weapon and a shackle.

The rain slicked the alleyway, reflecting neon signs that buzzed like dying insects. He stepped from the shadows, not walking but gliding on chains that hissed against the pavement. The Wraith Armor clung to him like smoke given form, the skull mask staring blankly at the fleeing figure ahead. The Wraith Armor functions by binding the wearer's spirit to the physical world using chains made of solidified necroplasm.
